What to consider when purchasing your chair User Height Should the user be tall, they may be best suited to a chair with a seat slide, that way the seat offers more support under the thighs. Desk Height If you are working at a particularly high / low desk, you must ensure the chair you select enables you to sit comfortably at those heights. Flooring Operator/Manager chairs on a smooth surface are better equipped with brake loaded castors rather than standard. Brake Loaded castors enable the chair to be push freely when nobody is sat on it, however when sat on the chairs do not move. A skid frame chair may be more suited on a soft floor than a four legged chair, better distribution of weight. |
