Items Damaged In Transit If any items were found to be damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, you must sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all the accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement of a full refund to you via your chosen payment method. Items Faulty On Arrival Any item found to be faulty on arrival, you have 7 days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all the accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your chosen payment method and reimburse your reasonable carriage costs. We test and inspect all return items, and if an item is found not to be faulty by our quality staff we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. Items Faulty In Warranty Period Should any of your purchases develop a fault, and it is outside 5 working days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, on-site service can be carried out and/or telephone assistance for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. If You Change Your Mind Should you change your mind about an item that has been delivered and wish to return, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so, providing you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not have been used and must be as new when returned to us. When you have informed us that you wish to return the good, you have 28days in which to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received in our warehouse, providing the item is still in the original packaging and unused, we will issue a full refund to you via your chosen payment method. |
